Guide clinical scope

Advise on where MyRemD should — and shouldn't — go in evidence-informed sleep health.

Review clinical content

Peer-review patient education, CBT-I flows and circadian guidance for accuracy and tone.

Shape safety guardrails

Define escalation pathways, red flags and the boundary between companion and clinician.

Represent your discipline

Bring the standards of your field into a small, thoughtful founding circle.

Time commitment

Roughly two hours a month.

A quarterly full-board session, occasional async reviews of clinical content, and one optional annual gathering. We respect your schedule.
